I’ve been traveling for about 2.5 years as an ER nurse and I have had some great times of fUNEMPLOYMENT, but sometimes the chips fall so that I end up being off for an extended period of time with no big plans! My first two years of travel nursing I was able to visit 22 different National Parks and lots of other beautiful places. This summer has been different, I extended a contract in Tucson, and needed to be home pretty quickly because both the truck and travel trailer bumper to bumper warranties were about to expire. I have had some fun while I have been off and I have had the chance to catch up with family and friends, work on redecorating the house, and even do a few short trips, but I am bored! Ask my family and they will tell you that this is my basic cycle. Work hard – vacation hard – come home – get bored – start again! I feel like I’ve been more on the UNemplyment side than the fUNEMPLOYMENT side and am ready to get back to work so that I can reset my cycle and enjoy exploring and taking more times of fUNEMPLOYMENT in the future. I accepted a contract and will be headed back to Tucson, AZ. Ya’ll know I love AZ and can not wait to revisit some of my favorite places and continue to explore the state.
Happy Travels my friends!
